How do I book?

Please click on a course you’d like to invest in & add it to your basket. From there you can pay in full or in 4 instalments and together we will schedule suitable & flexible dates via email.

*Please note that no refunds will be given unless your baby arrives before your first class and all payment plans must be paid in full before you complete your course.


When should you start?
The earlier the better! From 20 weeks is ideal.

The more time you give yourself to practice deep relaxation techniques, the more more confident & calm you should be for when birth-day arrives. The Hypnobirthing approach to have a normal, physiological birth experience involves a daily commitment to your practice, having an open mind to trust the process & an intention to focus on the birth you want to have but have the knowledge to make good decisions if things change along the path.


Your regular Hypnobirthing practice will...
